This is an absolute beginner yoga class and is perfect for those who are completely new to yoga. The class begins with a small amount of calming breathwork designed to quiet the mind and prepare you for class. Then you move through a few warm up poses and into Sun Salutation A. The longer versions include a balancing sequence as well as some other basic poses, and the full-length class includes a Sun Salutation B series. Absolute beginners should start with the 20 or 30 minute class and then work your way up. *Please remember this is a 20 min 'sampler' class - if you enjoy this you will LOVE the longer versions we have available on our website! |
