This Qi Vinyasa Yoga class offers a refreshing change from many of the other power yoga classes brought to you by YogaDownload. You won't be doing the typical Sun Salutation A series, but will be taken through a creative and challeging flow that will leave you feeling like you combined a bit of strength training with your yoga practice. This class is medium-paced and will work to build muscle tone along with flexibility, without the use of weights. Qi Yoga is a style that combines focus on alignment with creative sequencing that is designed to increase strength and flexibility in a harmonious and balanced way.
